Hi All,

I came to know about the new project in Manesar - ABW - Aditya tan they are quoting are 2575000 all inclusive for 2BHK - 2nd floor

How is the growth rate in Manesar 2-3-4 years down the line and how is the developer. Can we discuss ?

Go for a bigger builder. This location will develop after many years, right now Sohna Road is better.

Have you evaluated Tulip White? Quite reasonable

just for your convinence i use http://wikimapia.org all properties are marked here on map .. will give fair idea of locality etc ...

now if you see the map just around chd 21 in sec 71 there is a sewage treatment plant which will be operational shortly ..

hope you can imaging the amount of stench that will fill up this prime area with most upmarket properties of sohna road .. no dealer will tell this fact !!! i am amused ...

for your ref in gurgaon the other STP is in sec 9 .. see yourself the amount of development that has happened there ...
