Hello all,
I recently met ABW management ( Salil & Renu ) in their office ABW tower iffco chowk. the uddate they gave is that the project was a joint property of around 150 acr for three vendor ( krish, brahma & ABW ) , abw being least share of around 40 arc. now there is conflict going on regarding the major stack holding between brahma and krish and they have filed a case in court for the same which has got some hearing in jan end/feb start. once the litigation is resolved then the project will go for zonning approval and then they might have picture of how the project can be launched . Its been almost more than 17-18 months when they pre-launched the project . .. and there are so many people who have booked place there but they are not getting any update from company ... not sure if people have got receipt also from the company. similar is the case of ABW manesar project ( which is also in court ) I agree Arun;s idea of we all being get collected and start meeting the management . until we pressurise them they wont do any thing .. the first thing will be getting the list of people who invested money in this .... for the same, please email me your details (OR post your email id /contact no here )so that we can make some database and then we can all meet. thanks Last edited by BlessU; 2 Weeks Ago at 11:16 PM. Hi,
Just an update on ABW sec 62 floors. I talked to them 27 Jan and they went back on their earlier statement to get the zoning approval by Feb 2012 and now they are saying it will take 6-7 months more. I think it's time to get together and put pressure on them to reveal the real situation about their dispute with Brahma and Krish. Regards, |

Hi,
I got a few mails on my mail id and I am trying to make contact all of them by sending e-mails. we can try to contact maxium number of people and then we all can make a joint efforts so that to get some good return / or clarity about the project. Truely speaking if you invest money for any project for like 18 months you will get more than double return esp in Gurgaon, and in our case ABW is trying to befool us. please send your contact numbers / emails so that we all can unite and talk to ABW management . NOTE - not to mention this is not about ABW manesar project , its about ABW floor for Sector 62 Gurgoaon Cheers, |

Hi All,

Today , I heard that project is scrapped from 1 of the PDs and ABW is giving refund cheque w/o any appreciation. I am not sure how true it is. does any one heard the same ?

The project is disputed and can take another 3 to 6 months for the project to get launched. For further information
