ABW Sec 62 Floors launch status - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello all,
I am very new to this forum..I have found this forum extremely helpul for those who seek genuine and expert advise. I just want to know the forthcoming ABW's project status whuich was suppose to be launched in Sec-62 Gurgaon..if anybody have the idea or concrete information..

Is anyone listening..It wouomld be really helpful if somebody can provide the real information on ABW's Sec 62 project. Company's staff is not providing any concrete information.

I do not think, we have much of end users/investors in this forum, who have invested here or r looking to invest here .

Btw, there r a few threads, which have discussed the subject project . Search for them, might be of some use to u .

Have repeated it innumerable times that ABW has oversold in sector-62 !!! So stay out of it !!!
they just have 13 acres land there and they have sold flats , plots etc by manifolds there , many will not get allotment for sure in plots (not too sure about flats) and money from company would be returned back after being used for some yrs , there is a high chance of premium being lost in this case if one buys on resale at premium !!!
They have been soft launched since a long time !! god only knows when they ll officialy launch !!

Also for this 13 acre project there are number of partners. So much prone to disputes/disagreements. Dont ask me more about it.

I was talking to one of the Broker about the status of soft launch of Floors by ABW six months back in sector 62 and he told me that project could not take off and Money will be return to investor but the question is When it will be retuned?

It depends on the amount of pressure put by the investors & ABW's ability to withstand it . U can easily think of 2 years and plus .

deals are still being quoted at 2 lac premium for abw floors , but dont waste your time in that !!! Better to invest in krrish !!!

My known investor in gurgaon has bought it , and is seems very enthusiastic about the project and he is apparently getting a premium or 2000 bucks in 3-4 weeks !!! currently resale value around the 40 k mark (plus minus 1 or 2k) , he is saying it is going to be officially launched in feb end at more than 55k psy , so resale will see jump again !!!!

Arent krrish plots currently on parchi system?

Lot of confusion, rumors in the market on both ABW plots & Krrish . Better to wait, till the haze gets clear .
