Pl. don't think of selling at this price. If you really wanna sell , then i'm gonna buy at 3200/- .

It's going at above 3350/- and some one has bought at 3550/-. Better believe me. The re-rate are going to be 4000/- in 4 months as other builders have launched still higher prices and there is massive development plans afa roads etc are concerned. DLF is a big attaraction there and it is providing even some kind of public transport in that area on lines of Metro.

keshav, one of my office collegue has recently completed the tranfer 2935/- in resale. samarath25 if you own a unit, 3150/- is justified hike in 2 months time.

lucky samarath25...because i am not getting any unit on 3200/-...so its great ..i went to the site yesterday .....the work on site is going very good....might be they are about to launch around 5000/-

Aapka firstname Bhagwan to nahin? Are you kidding? 5000? I guess it is a typo.
Even DLF is quoting 5000 for central A/C appartments.
As per Bhagwan Tyagi of Anantraj it will be around 4000.

Can u please advice me what is the chepest price I can get in resale for 1195 sqft unit & 2140 sq ft unit.

Also, is it advisable to go for 1195 sq ft unit or 2146 sq ft unit.I just want to invest & exit early for returns.

Anybody knows what is the latest price list of Anant Raj Maceo in which the last fresh bookings were made for all units.Please let me know.So that i can compare it with resale prices.Also if anybody can mention the latest resale prices of all the units.
