My cheque still not debited from my account . Also not received any

allotment letter from Anantraj .

Any update from members please !!

Tinesha,

Did you tried calling the Anantraj office if you have not received any convincing replies from your broker?

I heard last week that Anantraj has already presented cheques received by them.

At the original booking at Rs 2300.00 psf, Anant Raj did a very few allotments.I too , did not get my booking at this rate & was informed about it by my broker. Check up with Anant Raj/ your broker

Tinesha,

You got it at a really good price. Try to put that in writing if not on a document then may be through written correspondence. As Manoja said, Anantraj did very few booking at this price as they sensed a big demand. Without much effort, they got plenty of applications for this project.

My suggestion would be to pursue hard even if you need to visit the CP office.

By the way, I am ready to buy a 1250sqft or a 1450sqft apartment at Rs.2400psf if anyone is interested. ;-)

Just wanted to express my desire in writing a...lol

anant raj has revised the sizes as following
1250---1292
1450---1523
1750---1772
2100---2175
further 1292 is available at 2700, 1532 at 2600 rest at 2500 with the company. also covered car park is mandatory
hope this helps the people looking at this project

Yes AmitMM, I know about the new sizes and the corresponding rates.
Somehow, I feel the layout of 1250 and 1450 are more likable and hoping that any old allottee is ready to part away the above sizes 2400psf for a immediate buyout.

Resale of 1250,1450 sq. feet apartments are in the market at 2475-2500 psf. Available with quite a few of the brokers. Was trying for one, before i made a original booking with Anant Raj for 1772 sq. feet apartment at 2500 psf, less 3.00% discount on the price , less another 2.00 % discount credit note ,cashable after 30.00 % of due payment is made to the builder (since i have only cheque payment, did not have the cash involved in the resale)

2 BR on resale is at 2585 to 2600 now.

Question

Anantraj - 1772sq ft. at Rs.2400

Would this be an investment worth its price for 1.5/2 years?
If yes, what price can I look forward in Aug 2012?

BTW, how would you rate the project for living purposes.
