At the original booking at Rs 2300.00 psf, Anant Raj did a very few allotments.I too , did not get my booking at this rate & was informed about it by my broker. Check up with Anant Raj/ your broker

You got it at a really good price. Try to put that in writing if not on a document then may be through written correspondence. As Manoja said, Anantraj did very few booking at this price as they sensed a big demand. Without much effort, they got plenty of applications for this project. My suggestion would be to pursue hard even if you need to visit the CP office. |

Yes AmitMM, I know about the new sizes and the corresponding rates.
Somehow, I feel the layout of 1250 and 1450 are more likable and hoping that any old allottee is ready to part away the above sizes 2400psf for a immediate buyout. |

Resale of 1250,1450 sq. feet apartments are in the market at 2475-2500 psf. Available with quite a few of the brokers. Was trying for one, before i made a original booking with Anant Raj for 1772 sq. feet apartment at 2500 psf, less 3.00% discount on the price , less another 2.00 % discount credit note ,cashable after 30.00 % of due payment is made to the builder (since i have only cheque payment, did not have the cash involved in the resale)

Anantraj - 1772sq ft. at Rs.2400
Would this be an investment worth its price for 1.5/2 years? If yes, what price can I look forward in Aug 2012? BTW, how would you rate the project for living purposes.
