Last I heard is that Bestech will be offering 3250psf.

And last I have noticed online are few complaints about the builder by consumers.

I guess the success of this project purely dependent on the launch price since the launch is hovering since August.

3250 with a lot of add ons looks to be an attractive price, though i have not heard of this 3250 BSP . Any idea of the launch date ? I have heard it's been again postponed by another 10 days or so .

I called up Bestech office today, they have informed by 26th all the details would be out and by 10th or 15th December it would be launched

rate would be around 3500+, there are in all 1700 flats and 350 would be 2bhk

they may even accept checks starting 26th november

It would be in the luxury segment for sure, like with modular kitchen, Split ac etc..

but things would be clear after 26th itself.

He had even said the specifications would almost be same as park view spa next

Do specs. equivalent to Park View Spa Next, justify a BSP of 3500/3600 ?
