I was talking to many dealers regarding Bestech and now going to buy it with our hard earned money
. we are total 10 guys who are going to buy so we got one very decent dealer who can cut us good deal and as a community i believe we would have upper hand in few cases. So if anybody else is interested let me know as a number bigger than 10 would be better. Dealer asked us to collect check of 4Lakh (2 BD) or 5 Lakh (3 BD), we will be finalizing it by end of week. Price is still not final from BesTech but there best guess is 3100/sqft.

Sanjeev, wht discount you have been offered...? Did your dealer has given you any info abt this project..?
I am in touch with SV PropMart they are collecting 3L cheques for 2BR and 4L cheque for 3BR in Favor of Bestech India Pvt ltd. Latest Info wht he has shared is BSP will be 3295 - 295 = 3000/sqft 2BR - 1415sqft 2+S - 1565sqft 3BR - 1800sqft 3+S - 1950sqft I have been offered discount of 4.5% for 5% slab, if the Slab is higher then my discount will also be higher. |

Will this 4.5 % discount be adjusted from BSP ? Which agent is good for booking this project ?

Yes 4.5 percent discount is adjusted from BSP .
I think all dealers are offering 4.5 percent discount but exact discount percentage depends on the exact discount brokers will be getting when the project is launched ( as indicated by sahil ). The broker suggested by sahil looks good because he has promised to take a commission of 0.5 percent and pass the rest of the discount to the buyer. And we are waiting a response from sanjeev what he is being offered as a group of 10 buyers. |

I am also interested in buying "sanjeev" please respond with how much discount are you getting? I will join you guys... If anybody else is getting better discounts for this or Today sector 73 project please share... Or pm me... Thanks!

Hi...I am also interested in booking a flat in Bestech, & would like to join Sanjeev/ other group which can help us get the best discount for bulk booking.
I would also like to request senior members to reply if they feel that 3000+ is a good price for a flat in sec 81 for investment purpose. In last few months the prices have sky rocketed & the price of 3000+ looks slightly high for a project for which possession will be given after 3 years minimum, & in the undeveloped area which is currently away from the main population hub, & many new projects shall be coming in that area. As per your best estimate what can be the appreciation in 2 years time frame. Thanking you in anticipation. |

Hi I have checked with SV PropMart and discussed abt bulk deal, as per him to get good price from builder one need to MOU and need to give minimum commitment of 25 units.
Only after signing of MOU spl discount is possible, they working with 2-3 MNC for MOU. As per SV PropMart Bestech has already signed MOU with NSG. |
