What is current company rate and resale price..... I m looking at Bestech as an investment option.....

Most of the projects launched in 8x sector are close to the mark of 4k per sq ft.....Assuming the govt projects and all other developments take place, what price can we expect on possession i.e. arounf 2014.......

Does anyone know how much were extra charges at the time of first booking in Ananda :

Different PLCs ??
Car Parking
Club membership ?
EDC/IDC ?

Hi Manoj,

Basically these builders change their other charges with the time, so thats why I was looking for charges which were asked for during the initial launch.

falgun77, really not aware on them . Do check the thread, they might have been discussed earlier on or speak to some Brokers .

any confirmation on price getting revised to 5250 psf from 24/25th May ?

yes, i had a word with the company officials and they have mentioned about rate revision to Rs 5,250 per sq ft from 25th May......

do you think projects like this one and others will stand out when there are cheaper options available e.g. ansals Fernhill, anant raj, DLF NTH ?
Would there be resale in these projects and also would the price diff. always remain? e,g, 4 years down the line if say Anant Raj is at 6000 psf then Bestech will be at 8k or so?

Looking at current Gold course road, this seems like a possibility to me.

You never know of the future but considering current situation, Bestech Ananda should stand out in future..... The most important thing is that Bestech is a reliable builder.... Reliability is a word you cannot relate with most of the builders these days....
