I have heard that there is village Nakhrola nearby to the new to be launched sector 81 Bestech project. What is view on bestech project if this village exists nearby

I spoke to IC guy. he confirmed Today and Bestech both will be launched around diwali and at higher prices because by that time other builders will also increase prices by 200-300 Rs. bestech and today will keep themselves above other builders in that area. so expect a expensive deal with them around diwali

In that case, do not think that rates would justify the investment. Looks like builders are again becoming greedy.

We have to wait for the prices, specs. & terms to come out , before deciding on Bestech. A fair price would be around 3000/3100.

Friends,
Today I called this broker, to my surprise he said that this is just the base price and is not fixed but this site is showing the base price. I asked him the following things and the response I got from him was very discouraging..

1. What is the base price?

Reply: It is not fixed yet, Although we have shown some price on the site but it can very, we cannot tell right off. It will be decided on the day of launch.

How can we buy something without knowing the price… Is it the normal practice these days with RE or I am over reacting…

2. How many flats quota you have and which floor?

Reply: We do not know the allotment yet, Once the project is launched only than we can have a firm answer for this…

How to ascertain that this broker will have which kind of flats(location wise), for me it seems to be a lucky draw..

3. Why are you taking the cheques now?

Reply: As you know that the projects like these gets sold out with in a day, so in order to give preference to our customers, we take advance cheques from them…

This sounds bizarre to me,

Friends I am quiet interested in Bestech Ananda, But I am very disappointed by the response from this broker…

What do you guys suggest, is this the normal practice these days??
What is the guaranty that I will get a well located apartment??

How can we give the cheque without knowing the exact BSP??

Can you suggest some reliable agents ??

Donot waste your time till we have final offer from Bestech . Follow this forum , you will have Bestech launch breaking news....

I suggest do not depend on Bestech & Track some other project also . Latest news is it will be launched around Diwali... Also it will not be cheap as brokers already have 400 cheques in hand...
