I understand your point..but the problem is i am out of india..and dont have any idea regarding upcoming projects.. Only bit of info which i have is all because IREF members like you... As i have told you .that my budget is ard 50L..and in this budget i am trying to find out something ..offcourse not for investment.. I have tried godrej also but it seems to be far beyond my reach..specifically catering to higher middle class people... Can you suggest any better or equivalent option of bestech... |

with budget of around 50L you can have a look at
vipul bsp of about 3200. keep in mind they soft launched at 2700/2900. so its good for end use. resale would take time if you enter at this price. sizes 1200/1530/1775 mahindra bsp 3000. if you believe in dwarika expressway story. 1250/1500 sizes. or as tinisha mentioned wait for something to come. besides bestech and godrej no current info on new projects of decent builders. It seems,all builders r holding launch of their respective projects , till Diwali . It looks , it will be a bonanza of launches,near Diwali.
So hold ur investment itch, a little longer. |
