Hi
There is info going on in the market that bestech may launch its new project in July in Sector 81D comprising of 3-4 BHK at 2250-2300 psft . 1) anybody knows where sector 81d is located exactly near to NH8? 2) Are there any other projects completed in sector 81 d? 3) As far as I know Bestech Builder reputation isw very good .They have delivered their earlier projects very well in time on Sohna Road ? 4) Is it a good investment if I apply in original booking in July ? 5) How much premium I can expect after 6-7 months i.e. before I get allotment letter from the builder ? Senior members ,Please guide . Thanks |

81 is near NH8 towards manesar.
2300 psf, if true, is an excellent price. I doubt this price, unless downpayment discount is included. At least 2600 psf should be the price

Sec 81A is between 81 and NH8. So 81A is adjoining NH8. Not sure about this 81D.
Bestech in past has significantly delayed its projects (park view) apparently due to lack of buyer interest. Be careful in investing in Bestech esp when 81 is far from Gurgaon and going to take long before prices really pick up. |

Friends! 2200-2300 might sound like a pretty good rate, but the whole new sectors like 81 to 95 are coming up with many residential & township projects and there doesnt seem to be enough demand, you can see builders offering damn good rate. Projects like Crescent Parc, ParkWood etc are offering a rate below 2000 psf. What matters is the the additional facilities and the materials used while constructing the project. Dont wait for a new launch, market is still low and picking up. Just go ahead and invest in any good project you like. Cheers!!!!

I have almost confirmed news that this project is being launched at the price of 3050-3100 psf by September.
