Try differnt brokers to confirm the same...
I do not know much about resale but If you calculate and compare the overall expence by the purchaser in both cases then buying in resale is very much cheaper considering Service tax, Registration Cost, Car Parking, Fire fightning charges etc... Every thing has been increased in next phases. Normally we only compare BSP not each and every thing. You calculate the difference and then decide either it is profitable to go ahead with cash transaction or not. |

Comparision of Crescent Parc Phase 1 & Phase 3 1180 sqft Phase 1 only Low rise/ Phase 3 High Rise so Fire Fightning charges extra 70 Rs/sqft 82600 Car Park Covered is expensive by 90000. Club Membership is expensive by 20000 Service tax will be more Registration cost will be more as on paper cost of flat will be increased Early posession of phase 1 In Phase 1 Covered parking was not mandatory, so you may get a open parking as well which will reduce your overall budget. So minimum of 2.25 L Rs saving other then negociations in BSP. |

The Mapsko Royalle Ville is being qouted at 3200 for 1790 sq ft flat by the Mapsko Office.
Can I get it cheaper from somewhere else. Can you PM me the details of the broker. Regards Rajeev Saini. |

On resale, i had an offer for 2900, which looked negotiable . This was 10-12 days back ..
