Bestech Sector 81 Vs. Today Sector 73 - Indian Real Estate Forum

I want to initiate discussion between these two projects... Please tell which one you think would be better to invest for short term like 6 months to year and a half... Also is there any other project that is launching soon which will be better than these two... Please leave your comments... Thanks..

Location wise, Today Homes is better than Bestech. Bestech, as a builder is much more credible, has delivered quite a no. of projects & mostly all in time. Quality also seems to be Ok. I am not much aware of Today & not sure about the financial credibilty/capability , quality of Today. Not sure whether Today would be able to deliver & deliver in time.

Bestech is a much better builder in terms of quality and delivery. The only advantage Today has is the location.(not too sure about the sewage treatment concern). If today launches at 3000-3100 BSP it could be a good investment as prices for sohna road will continue to increase.

Todays group have launched these floors 2yrs ago but even at that time also they were flop and this time also it will be big flop.

wht i m hearing in the market is Today's group don't have funds, location of Today floors good but due to funds issue they are unable to sell there floors.

Today launched there floors in Noida expressway 1 year back but they still manage to sell only 20% of there stock.

My advice will be Beware for todays project.
