Haha , sir hamare 1-2 Cr ki koi fikar nahi hogi kisiko , the project has started creating great buzz !! Line lagake bikenge ye plots whenever prelaunched , i mean 10-12 plots to mere friends n family and other known mei hi le liye jayenge lagta hai if price is atmost 60 k ish , n inke jaise aur bhi bahut honge !!!

Bhai, kiski aur ko fikar ho na ho, mujhe apne 1.5/2 cr. ki bahut fikar hai, really cannot put money on somebody on whom, i have almost nil information . That is why, seeking some info., before taking a decision here .

I am into timber and hardware business , and when i say i invest i mean either me or my parents , my brothers !! We have a close knit family !! My dad has been investing in properties since a very long time, thats majorly where my study and understanding of RE comes from :-) !!
