I done my last deal thru Realty Gain Mr Jitender.. Overall good experience.. Genuine person...done his home work and spent time to close deal... Still in touch to brief various development

Had very bad experience with one Harpreet Singh.... Very rude...not at all supportive but like gunda type behavior if u backed out from deal

By saying fraud one does not become fraud, post some evidence or details of the person's fraudulent activity

i recently booked a flat through IndiaHomes, does that mean i would have a tough time getting the credit note encashed ?

I feel it is better to deal with small brokers then these big companies..atleast one can get hold of the owner...also they are more flexible in giving PDC's and CC on stamp paper etc.

I am too looking for my satya 103 CC payment from Investors clinic...they have been giving me excuses for a month now that their payments isn't released..but I completed the required slab in July itself

Any advice for getting the money ?

My case won't discuss it here but just google it you will find lots of cases. U seem to be an employee of Axiom.

Hi All,
I booked two apartment in Vardhman Victoria from Chaahat homes and they promised 4% discount , I am in California and I asked them to get my application form signed by my wife and they didn't put the BSP on application saying madam don't worry we will fill in and give you discount but later they didn't give, I talked to them more than 50 times and many times they avoid my calls, I called the builder also but no help yet, I was the first one to book in that project and these guys cheated me, When ever I write them email
they ask me to call rather than writing email I couldn't understand their tactics earlier but now I know how they cheated me please avoid them
