1. Please advise me what is the good rate to buy a 2 BHK in Uppals Canary?
2. When is the possesion?
3. How good is the project quality and other aspects for end use purpose?
4. I can see that brokers are generally quoting all inclusive price for this property. Why is it so?
5. In how much time this project can be considered good for residence?

Please respond to me as I am in dillema in selecting the project within 55Lacs.

good layout, early delivery,on of better locations on NH8. area though will be livable only later. curent lack of suporting infra.

I am looking to sell my 2BHK unit(1257 sqft) in Monsoon breeze(formerly canary residency) sector 78...possession is expected By Feb/March 12... if anyone interested, PM me.. I am fine with a complete white deal.
