Im planning to buy a penthouse in this project for end use? senior members pls advice if DLF express greens or Godrej will be a better option as compared to canary residency

Uppal's Canary residency is an old project (i think it was launched 2 yrs. back) , which did not take off well. Uppal as a builder s OK, nothing great. Delivery is OK too. I believe , there r better options available for investment .U can look at Upcoming Godrej (Sec. 80), Bestech Ananda (Sec 81)- to be launched, Emaar Palm Hills (Sec 77), Anant Raj & DLF Greens,Manesar, Vipul(Sec. 81) & a few more.....

Both r good builders. Godrej price is not out yet , but it should be costlier than existing price of DLF Greens. U can opt for any of the two, but i believe Godrej, once launched plans to start construction within 3/4 months of launch & if u r looking for early possession, Godrej would be better, but u have to wait till Godrej details r out.

while its an ok project i would recommend dlf express greens for end use .
u can get it at 2650 +plc

Thanka manoja, this is very useful inf. i was thinking if uppal is providing modular kitchen with hob+chimney, jacuzzi in master bath .. prob it would be really good , but as u say that godrej may be a better deal....do u know if godrej launch is luxury apt

thanks amitmm ,, do u senior members suggest any other semi luxury project where i can get a duplex penthouse for under a crore. im ready to wait for 3 yrs for the possession.

Also look at Anant Raj , Manesar. Quality builder & safe Project should be livable in the next 4 to 5 years. U can also look at Spire, South, Sector 68. I think they have a few penthouses available & should fall within yr. price range

manoja , we r almost about to book the penthouse in spire south ,, but all the brokers said a total NO as it seems they r a new company and it seems the licenses r not complete ..... i also followed a number of consumer complaint blogs where people r having issues with the pricing ....

Most of the complaints r against ILD,Spire. Spire, South has recd. the LOI & construction is expected to start by Dec. But , if u have yr. doubts, look for other options.
