Good chances of them making on the Bel-Air luxury list. A bar can evidently fit the flats and terrace and mini pools can be offered to some of the flats if not all of them. Lets see what all will be revealed with the floor plans.

I was thinking about what differences will Central Park 2 make in Bel-Air and I went to the kitchen in my house, and after analyzing the kitchen fittings, I was wondering whether they will fit better bathroom/kitchen fittings than the ones in Belgravia or not
 because according to me, these things also makes a difference.Quote:

 yeah I agree that apart from the spacious floor area things like fittings, material, facilities contributes a lot to make a good luxury apartment. Quote:

A true luxury apartment contains - a good floor space, a thoughtful and practical design, good ventilation and light, top notch fittings in bathrooms, kitchen, a good quality built, amazing flooring, incredible wood work, central AC/heating system, and every part of the apartment should say "money well spent"
Now its all in Central Park's hand how much they provide in the new Bel-Air apartments.

Central Park 2 covers most of these points. They have good floor space, balconies and windows in all the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped, wood work is also done and air conditioning is centralized. They already provide all this. Central Park now needs to push the quality much higher for the Bel-Air flats to be more luxurious than the phase 1 and 1 apartments.

We should not forget a prime factor of RE -location- its all about location. And I guess on that front, Central Park 2 has positive points, it is based at one of the best locations in Gurgaon.

Well, that is true. Location is all what RE is about afterall. And yes, Central Park 2's location is prime, but its in their hands to bring "luxurious" justice to this wonderful location

Central Park has good location, good size of the flats and still its cheaper than some of the luxury projects. True, it does not have a big brand name but if the apartments are good and kept well then it hardly matters.
