Hi
I am evaluating the 1700sqft 3BHK option in Central Park 2 (Belgravia) for 5900 per sq ft on Possession linked plan (45% upfront). Though I have thought of my +ves and -ves about the property I would like to hear from the more experience people as to what they think about this property. Purpose is investment (but self use if staying in Gurgaon) because I dont know which city I would be in the short and long run. Thanks |

advantage is only the location... rest every thing has quite a few ifs....

I have personally visited that place a month ago and I must say the sample flat was awesome. Kothi type flat.

There r 4-5 threads on this Builder/project . Look for them . U would know some of the "ifs" .

hi . you can see the CP2 threads. would get lot of info and views both from ppl who have invested there and those who know about the project...
major concern is a huge gap between what has been promised and what has been delivered so far.. |

Hi cybervivek,
Well, I do not know much about Mr.Bakshi and to be honest, in my opinion, now it does not matter much who is the builder..Everyone turns out to be involved in some sort of issue and I am not surprised if Mr.Bakshi is.. Its very difficult to decide upon a property for naive purchasers and such scandles increase our problems (if they make us aware). The things which should matter must be the location and a descent quality of construction. Again, every builder is going to delay the projects and its a shame that Central Park2 faces the same because it is at a pretty descent location. I would suggest you to go through all the positive and negative threads thoroughly, plus you should visit the site and investigate about the issues. Good luck. |

Hello cybervivek,
I recently checked with the Central Park 2 people regarding the "issues". The whole thing was that the members of the RWA were agitated about the missing features and late completion. Well we can rule out the completion part now because everyone had hit hard because of the economic downfall but nevertheless, the work seems to be going on a good speed now(you can go and check at the sites). The second issue which was regarding some facilities is now attended to by Central Park people. But you should visit the site and look around for yourself. Cheers. |
