you can reach there by your car
3 km exactly by existing road from nh 8
2.2 km arial distance from nh 8
less then 500 mtrs from proposed dwarka expressway

can you reach there by a personal car
village nearby

Some broker also advised me not 2 invest in this builder . I have taken out this builder out of my list now . Thanks durb 4 the update....

Was it not known at the time of booking ? Builders normally ask upto 30 % of BSP plus 25 or 50% of EDC / IDC b4 starting construction ...

Orris is asking for 40 % of the BSP plus some percentage of EDC/IDC , before construction. That is different , from the normal.

It shows how is cash flow situation of the builder ? Anantraj is asking only 10 % of BSP b4 starting construction...

Yes. I agree to that. It could also indicate to the intention of the builder, to collect maximum cash, before construction & than delay the project & sit on the money or use it to finance some other project.
