Is investment in coralwood, sec-84 is good, senior member pls advice. wt is reputation of SS group..

the project is located in sec 84 near the antriksh site. itsa about 3 km finside from the highway.
priced at a2950 with 100rs discount does not look a very attractive proposition.
SS group does not enjoy a very good reputation. they have been largely doing floors around the mayfield garden/southcity area. although they have a high end project in HIBISCUS but not much buzz around it.

Except for sombody who has a high risk appatite or is a serial investor,my advice would be to avoicd this project and focus on bigger A grade builders whose launcehs are planned in that area.

Thanks for feedback...i think aster court is better than coral wood in view of price, builder reputation, location..

yes aster court is better although the builder is yet to prove itself in gurgaon but the project has a better location and its bookings also have got decent response so far..

I suggest Vigneshwara Developer sec 74 new project to be launched next month . This is A class builder from south India .

Any details of this project. I understand, this builder is coming up with a commercial project in Sector 74.Is there a residential project of this builder in Sector 74?

They already have commercial property there . Now will come high profile residential apartments . Do not have more details yet..

I feel Vipul would be a much better choice. SS Group at around 2800-2900 is expensive. Have a look at their Mayfield Garden properties. Plus its over 2.5km from NH8.

40% of bsp
50% of edc/idc
50% of plc
before start of construction
a total of more then Rs.1000/- per sq. ft. of super area.

just give it a thought.

A very valid point. I too noticed this, when i was studying Orris. Something is wrong ,somewhere.
