Smile Crescent Parc Phase 2 in Sector 92 Gurgaon

Hello everyone!!

I have booked a 3 bed room + servant room flat (1482 sft) at Crescent Parc sector 92, please advise if the builder SARE is good and the proposed possession of 2 yrs will happen on time. I got this at a good rate of 1700 psf. How much appreciation do i expect on it in next 12 months.

Any project on Patudi road will be slow in appreciation, take an example of a Tulip Petal , in Jan 2008 booking 2200, now after more than 2 and half years, its resale at 26-2700. But yes u have to consider the recession period as well. If your buy is for investment and for a period of at least 3-5 years then it will fetch good benefit, if for living then it will take time.
anyone have any information on the widening of Patudi road ?

I agree.

Widening not yet started, no idea where it is even on paper. No sign of sector roads for 37D either.
