I believe some discussion happened over phase 1/2 and now I think
Crescent ParC Phase 3 is also laucnhed. Phase 1 Booking rate - 1350 psqft Phase 2 Booking rate - 1650 psqft Phase 2 Booking rate - 1750 psqft (revised) Phase 3 Booking rate - 2050 psqft With the location which may not be perfect, but with Raheja Navodaya sideby. Pricewise it seems worth as any other project nearby is not less thn 2400-2500, project near Highway are even costlier upto 2900 psqft.. Phase 1/2 flats available in resale at rates of around 1800-1850 max .. Senior members Please suggest now that phase 1/2 missed out, is it worth INVESTING(not end use) in Phase 3.. Has anyone of us booked here ??? |

If someone have to invest in these sectors then DLF certainly is the best choice.
The internal sector road work has been given to Vatika & DLF |

Yes the location is not too good... only price can be deciding factor...
So if anantraj comes in similar price range ... would be a good buy ... Otherwise for investment.. there are many options, if the budget is higher... Even Raheja.. in sec92 seems pricey... when I see crescent park just across the road on reasonable rates... lets c .. what anantraj comes out wid... |
