Looking into Construction Status and Bank approval, I think phase 2 buy is a better bet at the moment hence premium of extra 100-200 is justified. However holding this for next 3-4 months may fetch another 10-15%. Investors may decide based on ground realities..

Default why not Maceo?

hi all,

if we are ready to buy crescent parc in 2650 then why not Anantraj Maceo in around 2900?

Other charges of Crescent parc are higher than Maceo..

Also, Maceo is better in terms of location and brand name... construction has started recently.

This is just my view as I was in dilemma between crescent parc and Maceo and finally choose Maceo over crescent parc.

Thanks

The coverage area in crescent is maximum/best loaded as in comparison with anant. If u want value for money big space ,good floor plan then go for crescent ph 3 in resale only after all size does matter.
look at their 1900 with 4bhk/sr in challenge no builder is providing that kind of coverage.
Guys no offense just personal opnion for end user...
