If u observe the Gurgaon Master plan carefully, along the left side of the NH-8, is public utilities and then residential. so the road which Emaar have build may be a temporary one. There is no sectoral road planned as per master plan at the location where emaar is positioned. I wish the entrace is from the NH-8 and not from the zig zag road beside Apno ghar, which all goes behind and back side of the Emaar plot.

The entrance is from NH. First would be a 36 meter wide green belt & then a 24 meter wide Service Lane. Palm hills would start after that. This is common for all projects , which r right on NH8

According to what I understood from map and location map -there will be 36 m green belt and then public and semi -puplic utilities and then 25 m sector road and then emmar palm hills .Entrance to palm hills is from this sector road which joins two 60 m sector roads and leading to periphery road from sohna road .

Access to all projects on NH would be through the Service Lanes only (24 meter rd.). Public utilities have been designated in Sector 75. Do not go by Google or other maps. See the master plan of Gurgaon/Manesar.

U r not correct. Markings in orange r for public utilities. The darker yellow marking in front of sector 77, 76 is the green belt & the sector rd.
