Is Palms Hills, (EMAAR MGF) in Gurgaon a good investment?

The connectivity seems nice. What about the construction quality of Emaar MGF? Would this be a good investment for a 5 year time horizon?

Its good for investment & would be a good option to live in a few years. The location is right on the highway (Sector 77) & should give a return of 500 to 700 psf in the next 9 to 12 months/or at the start of the construction. Emmar construction quality should be at par with DLF/Unitech, if not better. I have also booked one unit there.

Excellent location, Good layout and builder reputation is very good . Already build projects in Dubai. i think they have sold out 70~80 % flats .

Manoja, on what BSP you booked yr unit. I am also interested. On enquiring with Emaar, current BSP is Rs.3649/- and they suggest if we go through broker we vould get 2.5% discount.

Any chance of getting higher discount. Can anyone suggest contact through whom some one have already booked unit and received handsome discount.

Maximum discount u will get is 2.0%. I am not aware, where u will get 2.5% .Many brokers in the market r giving 2.0%. Just contact a few of them

i went through N K JAIN AND PARTNERs .got 2 %discount on price +1%credit note on payment of 3 installment.

Credit notes/ cashback discounts are always a issue, u never get the cashback. Twice have had personal experience on this
