Godrej has started finalizing the brokers for its project . All project details, including pricing (expected at 3400/3500) should be out by today evening.

We like to update you that Godrej Properties is Launching its 1st phase on 9th/10th/11th Sept

BSP: 3500 (Inagural discount if any will be confirmed on launch date only)
EDC/IDC: 430

One year lock in period for sale

Cheque: 5lac/10% which ever is higher in favour of Godrej Properties
Booking only in two towers( J Tower and 1 more tower to be decided on 10th sept.)
Cheques accepeted on First Come First served basis.

guys, all the info is given on http://godrejproject.com/Pricelist.aspx. the discounted bsp will be around 3300 as per century 21's (broking firm) executive.

I have heard that the minimum size is 2150 sq. ft & there is a lock in of 1 year for sale.
