I am not a broker. I am just passionate about good houses (though I cannot afford any), interiors, comfortable and practical lifestyle and health.
Arjun ji,
How to trust for that matter any person? Or rather how he can trust if anyone else who are giving cheques will not backout at last minute and compromise on the critical group size for the deal?
It is not someone else who is going to share rules of trust. It is oneself who find answers for their own concerns to be able to establish trust.
In this case Mr. Pushvinder may not be brainwashing anyone to gain their trust. It is others who have to first believe in benefits of the initiative/exercise that has been undertaken. Second, ask and enquire about things/issues that matters to you and if satisfied with benefit/risk then decide the course.
In the worst (which is a normal) case. Assume him to be a broker. Whats the harm if you get a deal that is the best rate for you in the market? To be sure, meet him, accompany him to office, get the in favor cheque details from Experion itself with their branch/bank account number.
Why am I replying to this post? - Because, I share the project updates/details hoping it to be of some benefit to others and to benefit from others experience. So, I feel that if someone takes an initiative than rather than being paranoid, be cautious.
Thanks
Amit
