well guys .... looks like the contacts work ... some stock available on internal placement ..... cheques in the name of Godrej ...

..... most brokers don't even know the name in which to collect the chqs (for sure these are sub brokers ... moving on unconfirmed news) ... the launch is on schedule in Aug (no delay behind the WATER issue)

I came to know today by a broker that Godrej will pre-launch the project at 6,000/-psf as they have decided to make ultra-luxury apartments.

Does anyone knows if Godrej has got LOI and all the required licences for construction and when they are going to bank the cheques and confirm the bookings?Thanks...

Guys ... internal allotment for employees on 25th of July 150 psft less .... some of them are taking 100 psft as premium and the chqs will be banked on the 27th or so.

Is there any update on the allotment of flats ???? As mentioned in above posts somewhere that employees were supposed to get the units on 25th ...is it done and what about the price ??/ is it freeze....
