This again seem to be a speculative mail by a broker... as far as I know, godrej would not be selective in informing market players about the project details and once it is final a lot of us would get to know much more details than a standard ......2 BHK of 1250sft, 3bhk of 1800sft and advance of 12% of cost (which builder ask for a booking amount as a % of total costs!)

this is obviously a broker mail... but whatever said ,,, 5350 is too high in the present RE market scenario.. will not go for it.
