I would love to go for Group bookings, But I really doubt if builder will entertain group bookings in Soft Launch.

I'm in for meeting on weekend.

Actually, my broker is saying that he will pass on full commission subtracting 0.5%. He is my old broker since last 4 years. We have made several transactions. I do survey the market and always find his deals genuine and best. He mentioned that nobody knows the actual commission, rates or anything about this project.

Let's meet on the weekend in CP and see what is there for us.

Lets decide on which broker or Indiabulls employee is offering the best discount and then jointly approach for a bargain deal. The project will launch in June end / July , so there is no hurry yet.
