Gurgaon vs. Faridabad - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear Friends,

I am thinking of investing in the real estate market either in Gurgaon or Faridabad. the investment horizon is medium term ( 5 years). Could you please adivise which city could be a better choice. Also any projects that you might have any opinion about. I am looking at the following options.

1. Carnation Residency, Sec - 85 , Gurgaon

2. RPS Savana project faridabad , Sector 88

3. The Forest, Omaxe group, Faridabad (near Suraj Kund)

See which developer survives the current crisis. Only then think of investing.

realty market of faridabad nehar par area is totally dump.
reseller are selling at rates of 1400-1450 psf.

Dont buy now. wait for 6 more months. u will get real cheap prices.

there are many more places in Faridabad you may try there, for more property information you can contact us also

I think you must invest in Gurgaon as you will get good rise in property but its not the right time to invest in the real estate sector. Its predicted that the reality sector will come down more and there will be more decrement in the rates..

Its better to stay off during the crisis time.
