High end luxury flats in Gurgaon
Wanted info on 4 bedrooms High end luxury flats in Gurgaon with close proximity to Metro,hospi etc.
Also is it advisable to dipose off our 500 sq yards independent house in DLF-I now to go for a high end luxury flat?Cant decide,do advise. |

Thanx Venky.Being difficult to maintain......plus the family has shrunk.So can't decide,brokers say otherwise,flats' prices are multiplying.
Any info on luxury flats wud be helpful. |

Brokers will say everything as per their interest...don't listen to them....
In your case if its the independent house than that means you have all the land with you....Forget about the house the land price itself will appreciate much more than a flat....I can understand that it might be difficult to maintain and with small family size the area is not the requirement......but if you already own it than wat is the problem....keep it with you and enjoy the luxary.... .gif "Bab (35)") Atleast I would have done the same.....
