Hi! Guys just happened to found this great forum. Registered yesterday but could post only today as I was not allowed yesterday.

I see in forum rule that I can't make offer etc. I wanted to ask one thing from the Gurgaon area people that how much can I get for my 10(220 sq mt or 263 sq yard) marla plot in sector 52 (in front of Artemis side)?

I'm the original allottee and keeping this since when sector 52 launched.

I also read some conversation some one interested and some one sold off near that sector. I have following queries -

1. Is it right time to sale or after metro being operational?
2. Is metro going to affect property in this area. BTW I have no much idea about Gurgaon.

3. That's true whatever I'll be getting I'll be in profit but any body aware of any recently done deal so that I ask same price?
4. Do you think selling it and then investing that money in other area property will fetch more profit after 5 year rather then keep on holding it.

5. I have already paid all amount to HUDA.

i guess what ever appriciation had to happen has been done and metro is discounted in current prices very well..

look for plots in areas like vatika next etc etc .. where the prices have incehed 10-15% in last 6 months .. means 30 % / year app ..

will you get that here ?? ask yor self
