I called at the number provided at imperia's website and the person told me that its in pre-launch and they are giving 4% discount on BSP. I am interested in 2bhk which is of 1435 sq ft. The exact plan of this project is not chalked out yet, that guy was only aware of BSP and not of additional charges like idc, edc etc. Does anyone know what would be exact specifications of payment and breakup?

And how is the builder? Any pointers to Imperia would be appreciated.

This is first post and i hope i get as much as help from this forum plus provide my inputs as well which might help others.

I just talked to agni guy, I go the floor plan he does not know the exeact location of project.

I gave cheque to the broker today to book my unit in Imperia Esfera. I got the final price 3150 BSP after adjusting initial discount of 150 Rs and another 100 Rs broker discount... I think 3150 is a good price for sector 37C and there is a huge scope of appreciation. Floor plan is looking good. Its a 40 acres township and they have pre-launched phase 1 in 17 acres.

Has anybody else booked it?

Floor plan is very good indeed. Which size did you book ? Can you please tell me the number of floors and lifts per floor especially for 3 and 4 BHK.
