I hope that the demand for the next installment is only after atleast 20 days of approval.. Also, where I can find the covered area of imperia's 2BHK flat..

Regards
dinesh the ad which we see on top of IREF is not through builder... so some dealer might be giving LCD TV worth 30K or 40 K to lure people... Free LCD TV on purchase of a maruti car can make some sense but when you are buying a flat of 65 lacs and getting LCD for free, its like getting peanuts free of cost... hehe... just click on the add and see where you are routed to

and whoever wants to take a plunge would take a plunge irrespective of rates getting revised or not... whoever keeps sitting behind the fence would keep sitting. and even if its a tactic, its a common practice everywhere... thats the reason RE prices in gurgaon are absurd... in my view properties on Deway are not even worth 3000 Rs psqft but they are being sold at 5K+ now days(check Emmar's new project)...

I just calculated the carpet area for 1435 sqft and was surprised with my findings.. it is just 836.24..... Isn't that too small.. not even 60% of 1435.. Or, just the case that I am a newbie..

Rahul,
Date extension is very common for all builders so dont get panic .
I think builder is waiting for loan approval by financial institution and after approval then they do bhoomi pujan . Take this as positive sign becuase we have make big payment at the time of bhumi pujan.

Even for 3 BKH (1655/1650) carpet area is 950 sq.ft .

Nitin/Dinesh ,
Please your POV on same doubt.

i am attaching my calculations.. I have not included the balconies (as no size was specified and ideally, they are not part of carpet area)

I have added it on google docs too.. the link is:

In my POV covered area is a better idea to carpet area. At the end Balconies are a part of your personal area and I have seen the room sizes for 1655 sq feet, that's good enough. These are all comparisons, you must see the room sizes. The covered area is normally 75-80 percent of the super area that you pay for.

Add Balcony area to carpet area as well. For 2BHK+S it will be around 185-190 sq feet. You made me panic...
