Imperial Builder Pre-Launch sector 37C - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi all,
I got a call today regarding the Imperial Builder coming up new residential project in sector 37C. The pre-launch rate is 3150/sft and rate would be 3050/sft if booked today(marketing gimmick). Agent said the launch rate would be around 3400/sft in 2 weeks. 2 bhk area is around 1250 sqft. Kindly share your views about this project. Anyone know about this builder ?

Imperia is a unknown builder. Also, the brokers are not sure that the 1250 is a 2bhk or 2 + study. Experts please advise.

I got a qoute of Rs3250 and after discount price is 3150... can you pls pm me the broker details that you got qoute from..

The broker also sent me a list of projects completed by Imperia..

To my understanding, the project is in Sec 104 and not in Sec 37d.

I heard from one dealer that this project has some land dispute.although I didn't believe that dealer. However please carefully the all needed dcouments from teh builder.

Unicon is dealing in this i belive, they are saying smallest size are 1400 starting... any idea about the sizes... ??

Any one aware about this builder. The agents I was talking to told me that they have commercial properties in Mohan Cooperative Area - Delhi and its their first residential project.. And that all the licenses are approved.
any pointers? I am also interested in this..
