Interest to bahut hai but where is the news of launch??
If this project were coming at the same time as others ( Godrej/Experion/Adani etc), I think this one would have received better attention than others. It has better location than Godrej and Experion.

Correct.. its location/project entry is supposedly on dwarka express service lane itself...

I observed that same forum members are active on godrej/indiabulls104/adani/experion108 projects... are there any other project that is generating equal level of interest??

Is there any other location than Dwarka Express Way that is happening... at lower ticket than dwarka...

Guys,
actually there was a war between Godrej and Indiabulls that who can hold for long. It seems Godrej has lost and is going to launch soon.
Hence, Indiabulls will launch after 1 month of godrej. It will surely be atleast 300 higher than godrej.

Somebody in IBREL Mumbai told me that the project might get launched in August and that they are ready to accept cheques while Gurgaon people continue to say that the project is delayed for atleast 3 months..... Some of my contacts in the head office suggest that IBREL is giving out the marketing of this project to indiabulls securities and indiabulls commodities and the real estate marketing guys don;t have much information on this........ have any of you heard something on these lines?

Actually different things are being told by different people. The things which I'm sure of are:
1. Indiabulls was simply waiting for Godrej launch. Once godrej officially launches in aug 1st week. Indiabulls will launch probably within 1 month.
2. Indiabulls securities and commodities is not doing good. Hence, they have asked those people to help in sales of real estate. Its is happening now also with neemrana project.
3. Real estate marketing guys would not open their mouth to public unless they have confirm info from their boses.
4. Indiabulls would surely involve brokers and underwriters.
