Investment in Gurgaon/Manesar
I am looking for an investment with a budget of 28 - 35L in gurgaon. I inquired mapsko paradise which is in my range and location looks good as it is close to NH8. Broker is offering 4% discount in this.
I have heared that its previous project Casa Bella is delayed, secondly I do not have any idea about this builder as well... Secondly I come to know that Raheja is going to launch Sampada in sector 92.(Navodaya- Phase 2) which will be sharing same facilities of Navodaya. Inaugural discount is 100Rs & specifications are good but can't decide on location. Presently I am working in Bangalore & belongs to Delhi. Please give me some tips as this will be my first investment. |
