It is like choosing the lesser evil of the two. Era has been around for quite sometime and is a listed company. So, running away with investors money would be a tad difficult for them. Landmark is relatively newer on the scene and judging by investors reaction in their past two projects, wouldn't recommend to invest with them.

era is not a new builder they have launched three projects in gugaon sectoe-103
sector-86
and sector-67(not sure)

and this builder was having all the projects in soft launc so rate was low but now price of all the projects mentiined above are revised.

This builder is good from investment purpose ,well you can talk to era for any doubts.but orice is very lucrative for sure

Even I have received mail from this broker but what I wanted to say is that many times , this broker website is giving wrong information just to attract more calls .. ....

Guys ....its opp. to village n its not society...its like they were having some land like 1000SQYD n 500 SQYD in between few plots ...so 6 flats in 1000 SQYD on each floor....as per me..not good investment

Just checked details from InvestInNest. Per them, it is gated community with 24 units in total and only 4 are remaining. Project is available in soft launch now and would be officially launched in January.

Got to know that they don't have licences in place. Trying hard to get licences as they are suffering heavy losses in sector 103 project.
Not a good investment.

Just visited the site and Landmark office. This land is in Laal Dora, It is in village Samaspur. Ye Ardee city wali red light se 3-4 KM dur hai . Amity ke front men jo Village samaspur ka board laga hai wahan se under ghusne par. 1000 Gaj ka plot hai. Right side me chipka hua village ka ek bada sa Gay -Bhians bandhne ki jagah hia ( pakka construction) Left men ek khali plot hia , fir uske left men road hai.

Laal doora ka mujhe idea nahi tha isliye book nahi kiya. aur 40-45 LAkh ki unit men Balcony nahi hai.

Kewal 24 units hian . And as per Landmark and broker all are almost sold. I doubt that, ki Ganw men laal dora men bina balcony ke itne jaldi bik gaye honge.
