AllCheck Deals people were saying project is delayed (it was supposed to be laucnh in sep-oct) by 2 mnth it seem.. but expected price they were saying around 3200psqft ..

Mahindra website also allows you to register for intimation of the project..

Overall location is good from instant living purpose, I mean once possession offered, people can move in.. as the place already has new palam vihar colony surrounding it (that the negative in terms of luxury value) ..
railway line crossing needed to enter gurgaon.. but road in front of it is quite wide..which goes towards najafgarh .. so in future onc eway comes up.. it would we easy to reach delhi ..

but Mahindra seem a good bet.. Phase 1 was booked in 1-2 days ..

M also waiting .. to see if something is affordable ..like 2bhk.. I can go for it..

pls share with me too.. any good dealers who booked in phase I ... because i missed it.. it was worth the price of arnd 2200 psqft..

It seems allcheckdeals are not going to deal with MA P2. Whenever I tried to enquire about it I got different responses to make me convince to look for other available options with them e.g. first time they said, "P2 is meant for their employees only", second time, "tentative price is 4000 psf" and now response that you got .. because of different responses, I cannot reply on their words for this project any more.

I agree with you on this, probably All check deal is not getting the required brokerage as Mahindra's projects sells coz of their reputation itself.

I think we can check from Buniyaad or Unicon regarding same.

Or the best way is to speak to Sales official of Mahindra's directly.

Mahindra seems a good bet... But just want peoples view...

WHAT IS BETTER !!

BUYING ORIGINAL 3000 psqft OR

BUYING IN RESALE 2600-2700


From end use perspective, it would make sense to buy in resale..


WHAT DO YOU SAY ON BUYING IN RESALE FOR INVESTMENT?

People who buy in resale can comment..
I know selling it off would mean shelling some extra cash .. but what is general view...

I know selling it off would mean shelling some extra cash .. but what is general view...
it all depends on your cash pile..
if you have ready cash/are ok with black-white component you can go for resale. just that you will have to pay almost 30% depending on demands of installments made by builder.
original bookings might be about 10% more expensive but your cash out flow is gradual and you also get to pay in white..
