Can you tell me one single builder, which i will search on google and will not found any complaints against them.

I was about to invest in this project, but few things make me to drop the idea. There is no authentic phone number of the builder. Mailed many times but no response. When asked dealer to show the approval licence then he refused to do so.

The land allotted in 10a is like a playground of 2 acres. Still there is no sign board of any builder and location is just ok.

So it might be genuine but lacking in clarity.

I have contacted dva realty and Just booked a 3 bhk in Maxworth Sector 10 A Project. now they have stopped taking any more cheques in first rate now launch price i think would be 5250 rs psf, i got a discount and i have done booking in 4510 rs. Psf for 1500 sq ft, Just got an offer from the dealer 4700 rs psf , however i will wait and watch

What exactly is this builder?

One of my friend bought in 15 sec and said that work is going on at the site and all the 13 floors in the tower is complete . He said that finishing was going on when he visited the site. The builder seems to be working.

Now I Think Builder has increased Charges to 5150 , Launch Price is Near 5250 Rs psf, However the same Broker From which I have booked the Apartment (DVA Realty) Sohna Road is giving 200 Rs. Discount so new price will become 4950, so I Think its Still is a Good Price as near by area is trading at 6000 Rs Plus
I have received an offer from my broker to sell it in 4900 Rs , But I Think i will stick to it for a while as there is hell lot of potential in this area as its already developed unlike NPR , SPR , or New Gurgaon.

I think it will be a fruitful in a longer run you can book it try to go for a smaller size if you are going for an investment if not than go for 3 bhk , if you search for secondary market you can get units in cheaper price Just search for project in sector 10 gurgaon in google you might get few options
