got an sms from dealer about this new project..ny idea about current rates and locality

i don't think there is any space left in sector 10a of gurgaon - max worth has a project in sector 15 -

i talked to the dealer.sector 15 is old project... this is new one..he told there r some 150 flats around 3 acres..
2bhk 1200sqft n 3 bhk 1500 ..price 5000 plus 350 discount n broker discount
its in soft launch..anyone else has info about it..
is the price ok in this locality

sector 10 is not a good sector

Maxworth have an impressive delivery track record. They are cash rich and deliver their pas project on time. 10 sector is a good location(at least from 8X sectors) but treatment plant and railway line are 2 points need to be considered.

search for maxworth complaints on the net they are a big chor , stay away from them suggested...
