Would this be a good investment?

My 2 cents

- Location is excellent !
- Specs are Great
- Not many options available for floors in GGN

Builder has landed into bad name but which builder is totally clean ...

I would give thumbs up for it.

From what I have read the rate psqft is ~5500 for resale and Rs 6200 psqft in fresh booking for phase 3. Even if you get a 1650 apt. in resale the cost is 90 lacs @5500 psqft.

How are you getting in 61 lacs?

R u the rate is 5500 psf? Brokers are quoting 6000/-sft plus 600plc for Ground floor. But the letter of allottment shown by broker says PLC is 1285000/- (1650 x 600=900000) am i missing some thing?
