I saw a big Homestead ad outside Vatika Tower on GC road a few days back. Dont remember which project it was for.

The ad went something like this:

"We plant a tree for every squarefeet that we excavate - Homestead"

Guys is Homestead making anything else in Gurgaon?

Amit Sir - Lot of us follow senior members such as you, manoj sir etc. to pick their next investment.

My idea of knowing your deway investment was that i was looking to invest in one more property in gurgaon. Generally, you do much diligence in investment. I wanted to use that diligence and put my money there as well.

Got a call from some reliable Broker ( maybe, he is not so reliable . I never trust Brokers ) about 2 hours back . Something looks to be certainly on here, though as per him pricing is 10K + & bookings r only through invitation .

............he promised to send me all relevant details, as soon as he gets them .
