Default Need Suggestion from Investment point of view

Hi,

I am planning to invest in 2BHK/3BHK with budget around 1 cr.

The investment period would be 2-3 years.

Please suggest me few projects where i could see a good return in a span of 2-3 years.

I have analyzed few but find it tough to choose among them.

Fresh Rate/Resale Rate
Orris aster court 4,500/4,200
Supertech Araville 5,200/No
Bestech Grand Spa 5,995/No
Emaar MGF Palm Garden 6,500 /5,200
SARE Petioles 3,995/No
Bestech Park view No/4900

So please suggest me which one i should go with.

Regards,
Divya

I was confused on similar lines last month. I chose spaze 93 over others. Did you see that ?
I really liked the plans and efficiency I. Space vs the price I was getting in the area. I insist you have a look at it. I booked one last month.

I would suggest to go for new launch project of Orris - Spring homes with high speck and 2-3 yrs horizon. Present rate is 5000 INR in soft launch and would definately appreciate much more in 2-3 yrs.

Cheers!!

As per my understanding you have listed Palm Garden that would also be one of the best option for you as u are getting at 5200 INR in resale which is best for the location and the builder reputation.

Investors are expecting 11-12 K at the time of possession and if u want to go for bit higher Raheja Revanta would be also one the best and u can expect 12-15K at the time of possession.

Cheers!!
