New Town Hights Vs Orris Aster Court. Which one is best for end use buy - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,
I have joined this fourum recently. Looking for your suggestion to choose between New Town Hights and Orris Aster Court. Please suggest.

I will suggest for Orris Aster Court, both prices and location is good.

Only thing in favour of new town height is builder name and reputation.

Orris Aster is certainly cheaper & better located , but the builder is unknown/new & has not delivered any project yet. Risk factor is high.If u have appetite for risk, go for Orris, otherwise stick to DLF.

also factor in your budget because dlf has now only 4bhk in booking and those are also with plc. that would make a huge difference in end cost.
