Office Space in Vipul Agora – MG Road Gurgaon
I am thinking of buying an office space in Vipul Agora on MG Road. The building is very swanky from inside and many cute little offices have come up. The building is right opposite the new metro station. The asking rate is Rs.18, 000 for Ground Floor and Rs. 16,500 for other floors. The renting rate is Rs. 150 (unfurnished) and Rs 200 (furnished). As per my research, if I buy an office (1000 sqft) and rent it, I am looking at a yield of 10% on unfurnished and 12% on furnished office. Another plus point is that the offices in this building have a very high ceiling so most of the people have doubled their space and have an additional floor. Any feedback would be much appreciated.  |
