whts the current resale rate of orris carnation 2bhk 1050 sqfeet sector 85.

Is direct connectivity is given from NH8 dividing sector road of 81A and 82A to carnation site.

Also on orris website, construction status shows 2bhk towers as 2A and 2C . which is approachable from above mentioned divding road?

The rate should be around 4000++ psf for 2 BHKs

The whole Carnation Residency/Aster Court will have a common entrance/exit points.
I think by direct connectivit you mean to ask..if its dot on the sector road.. the answer is NO its is not exactly on the MAIN sector road.
