Hello to all,
Recently i did bit of study, gurgoan as aware to all is growing at a phenomenal pace...metro etc.
Thus coming to the question of investment in park place or belaire?
The future prospect of it as investment and will it see appreciation like Aralias did?

Would appreciate any views or discussion of ppl around.

Prices are already up a lot. Right time to have done this was in 2008-2009 when market was down.

Now expect market/inflation returns only.
